It presents a thrilling opportunity to manage comprehensive marketing strategies.

As the Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the helm of crafting and executing year-round marketing strategies meticulously aligned with overarching business objectives.

Moreover, as we embrace flexibility, you'll have the opportunity to work on a hybrid schedule, with office presence required on Tuesdays and Thursdays at our vibrant Boston office at 24 School St.

Responsibilities:

Own the development and end-to-end execution of year-round marketing strategies aligned to the overall business goals and objectives, as well as market-segment specific goals and objectives.

Prepare and present campaign plans, schedules, and timelines. Drive and monitor the implementation of the plan and ensure adherence to deadlines.

Own the ideation, execution, and management of integrated marketing, communications, and demand generation/lead generation campaigns through digital advertising, paid media, media partnerships, email, social media, and other tactics.

Own the design and production of all marketing collateral determined within the marketing plan.

Adapt key marketing messaging and communication of value proposition(s) and own the development of supporting copy, calls to action, and customer journey for marketing and sales campaigns, based on target customer segments, campaign goals, and desired results.

Lead and own the marketing efforts required to execute and grow the sales efforts for our business.

Ensure consistent use of established branding, core value proposition messaging, imagery, and positioning across internal and external marketing materials, graphics, communications, and more; cross-collaborate with peers in other lines of business to achieve consistent brand messaging where appropriate.

Qualifications:

BS/BA in business, marketing, or relevant field (MBA is preferred).

An understanding of the B2B marketing environment is a PLUS.

Excellent detail orientation, with a tenacious approach to solving problems and figuring things out.

Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

1-2 years of experience managing or supporting marketing campaigns (internships count!).

Strong copywriting skills.

Outstanding writing and communication skills.

Strong proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), familiarity with CRM is helpful.

Email marketing platform knowledge and a basic understanding of HTML.

Interest in science, technology, and business.

A team player with a “can-do” attitude who is eager to learn and grow within the Informa family.

Ability to occasionally travel and work onsite at domestic and international events.

The salary range for this position is $48,450-$60,000 depending on experience.
