Jul 09, 2024Description The Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor, tenure-track position in Marketing beginning in Fall 2025. This position is contingent upon state funding. Qualified applications must have a doctorate in Marketing or a related field granted by August 2025. We are seeking candidates with a teaching and research interest in the areas of consumer insights, AI, analytics, or customer experience management. Candidates must demonstrate experience in and/or commitment to teaching.Qualifications Applicants should possess a strong research interest and capability, evidenced by a history of or potential for professional growth. This includes regular publication in quality, refereed journals, participation in professional conferences, and an active, innovative research agenda. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with the business community.Building on Inclusive Excellence (BIE) Criteria We are seeking applicants with demonstrated experience in and/or commitment to teaching and working effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and members of underrepresented groups. The anticipated salary range is from $138,000 to $142,000.
