The ideal Event Marketing Specialist must have excellent communication and leadership skills with a can-do attitude. You will be responsible for managing strategies and execution of all corporate events and tradeshows throughout the year. This is a key role, so we expect you to amaze us with your project management and organization skills.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the strategy and execution for all company events and tradeshowsResponsible for planning and program managementIncrease event attendance through marketing effortsCreate and execute marketing plan (program goals, messages, audience generation/email campaigns, presentations, collateral, event website and registration, event logistics and event ROI, etc.)Track status, progress, and ROI of all marketing campaignsQualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with technical background is preferredMinimum of 5 years marketing experience preferredMinimum of 3 years event marketing planning role in a high tech company preferredStrong knowledge on event strategy, operations, and integrated event marketingAbility to create program goals, messaging, communication and overall event plans with minimum supervisionExceptional budget management, negotiation, and organizational skillsSuperior communication skills with the ability to work across all levels in an organization and with external event agenciesStrong analytical/problem solving skillsProven team player who works hard, is both a team and individual contributorBe able to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for the duration of a 6-8+ hoursSalary Range:

$67,000 - $100,000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.EEO Statement:
