Conduct B2B UX research on various target users including individual employees, people leaders, IT admins, and HR/data analystsCollaborate directly with design and product management partners on key design projects, from early-stage foundational research to iterative design evaluationsPerform ongoing UX health studies to assess the readiness of design-built experiences for release to engineeringDevise and evaluate methods for data collection, including moderated/unmoderated interviews, group discussions, and surveysThe Ideal Candidate
