Agility Partners is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Usability Researcher position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This Usability Researcher will join the Employee Engagement organization, contributing to foundational research and conducting evaluative usability testing before and after the launch of the Employee Experience product. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate directly with a User Experience Design Researcher who specializes in engagement product areas.

In this role you will:Work directly with partners on key priority design projects from early-stage foundational user research to iterative design evaluationsEvaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as moderated and unmoderated interviews, group discussions, and surveysPerform ongoing User Experience Health studies to evaluate if design-built experiences are at the appropriate level for release to engineeringBenefits and Perks

5+ years of experience as a Usability ResearcherExperience with qualitative evaluative researchExperience building strong collaborative relationships with peers and stakeholdersStrong verbal and written communication skillsShare this job.
