This role will contribute to the development of marketing solutions and campaigns for the Front Store Health and Wellness Marketing team. In this role, you will leverage various marketing tactics and channels; including owned assets and paid media channels to create awareness and increase engagement with current customers. You will play a vital role in independently leading marketing projects and working cross-functionally to help ensure larger marketing strategies deliver the necessary business and consumer outcomes on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy. This role will work closely with many cross-functional partners including marketing, merchandising, creative, legal, etc.Duties:

Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.Support development of marketing plans rooted in consumer, competitor, and company insights.Manage projects from initiation through execution – thought partnership with marketing brief creation, gain stakeholder alignment, kickoff with internal partners, gain approvals and ensure timely implementation.o Marketing Brief: Contribute to the strategic marketing brief, the framework and foundation for a marketing initiative or campaign, and is responsible for individual tactical marketing briefs.Execution and Optimization: Leads execution of all project deliverables including, but not limited to, brief development, collaboration with Procurement on print production deliverables, collaboration with Operations on field readiness, and Legal review of materials.o Manage timelines and deliverables in Workfront (aggregate stakeholder feedback, enter approvals, etc)Consumer and Industry Insights: Proactively self-educate around retail and marketing industry trends to identify best practice opportunities and influence marketing strategies.Build Collaborative Relationships: Manage and develop strong, collaborative relationships with partners across the organization (both up and down levels) and lead cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication and execution of strategy.Additional responsibilities to include but not limited to:o Product SKU strategy and selectiono Project recaps, which include tactic overviews and performanceExperience Required:2-5 years of marketing experience in retail, agency or consumer brandsCommunications, marketing, or similar bachelor’s degreeSelf-motivated individual who can function and win in a demanding, performance-driven environmentExcellent communication skills that can be effectively articulated in both written and oral forms across a diverse audience baseProven track record of working collaboratively with internal and external business partnersIntegrated marketing experience across a variety of channels and tacticsExperience working in a large, matrixed organizationExperience with PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and proficiency in ExcelEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $31.06 to $34.51 an hour.
