This team of designers, scientists, and product managers works in a highly collaborative environment to build the products and experiences that bring our community together in new and special ways.We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead new product development for Snapchat’s Creator Camera. Working from our San Francisco or Los Angeles office, you will collaborate with designers and engineers to develop and lead product strategy, identify trends in data, plan short- and long-term roadmaps, build trust between teams, and orchestrate wide-scale product implementation and rollout for our Snapchat Creators around the world.What you’ll do:Be a product leader for Snap’s Creator Camera products by deeply understanding the needs of creators and developing a compelling product vision and strategy.Partner with designers, engineers, and data scientists to build technology, systems, and products that redefine how our community expresses themselves through the use of Creator Tools.Execute throughout the product development process by gathering and defining requirements, writing specs, creating wireframes and workflows, running user studies, conducting AB tests, and coordinating marketing and other launch plans.Build alignment across the company on your vision, including with leadership and executives.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Ability to collaborate and build trust with engineers, designers, data scientists, and other cross-functional teammates.Ability to think creatively and approach problems with system-level thinking.Ability to independently initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance and a high speed of execution.Excellent analytical skills and experience with AB testing.Ability to communicate concisely and influence outcomes.Skilled in the creation of delightful, polished, and performant products for customers in every market and on any device.Minimum Qualifications:BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.3+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer technology company.Preferred Qualifications:Direct experience working on Creator Tools with a specialization in video editing and community engagement features.Direct experience working on consumer social or visual communication/messaging products such as stories and/or short form video apps.Experience with software development, product design, or interaction design.Entrepreneurial background.If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some

The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $138,000-$207,000 annually.Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $131,000-$197,000 annually.Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $117,000-$176,000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
