Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.Responsibilities of the Syndication Ad Sales Finance team is to support revenue across the First Run, Off Net and 3rd Party titles as well as Branded Entertainment.Ad Sales Finance supports all aspects of budgeting and reporting of Advertising Sales revenue. The Director, Syndication Ad Sales Finance is responsible for analyzing and overseeing financial reporting, Executive leadership communication and Forecasting for the Syndication properties.In this role you will be a key part of Ad Sales Finance team that supports Syndication leadership. There is cross functional exposure to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Corporate Finance. There is the opportunity to grow in this role and to gain exposure across the portfolio.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead Executive presentations for leadership & perform ad hoc analyses, providing insightful views into financial performanceLeverage aggregate sales data to aid in forecasting estimates, budgets, and long-range plansEffectively communicate variance analysis, root cause exploration, and forecast scenariosWork closely with portfolio and entertainment groups to report trends, variances, and ad-hoc analysisCoordinate and assist Sales and Finance teams to set up Upfront materials, assumptions, and operationsSupport Direct-to-Scale leadership team with weekly revenue trendsTrain, develop, and oversee one direct reportQualifications

Basic QualificationsFour year degree (B.A., B.S.) in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in financial management and analysisDesired CharacteristicsPrior management experience is a plusAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong analytical and interpersonal skillsStrong communication skills – ability to present and communicate ideas and thoughts to all levels of the organization from senior management to entry-level staffAccuracy and attention to detail and deadlinesExcellent organization skills and proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work well under pressure
