We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to drive traffic to our website, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on experience with various digital marketing channels.

Find out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing , b usiness, c ommunications, or a related field.Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.Strong understanding of various online marketing channels and best practices.Hands-on experience with SEM, SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms.Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.Creative thinker with strong communication and writing skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:Create and execute comprehensive online marketing plans to increase website traffic and drive enrollment in our programs.Develop campaigns across various digital platforms including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO):Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads and other search engines.Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine rankings.Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.Social Media Marketing:Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with our audience and promote our curriculum.Manage and grow our presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.Create and schedule posts and interact with followers.Content Marketing:Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, videos, infographics, and more.Promote content through various channels to drive traffic and engagement.Email Marketing:Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage current customers.Segment email lists and personalize email content to improve open and click-through rates.Analytics and Reporting:Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other reporting tools.Generate regular reports on key metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.Budget Management:Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.Allocate funds across various channels and campaigns based on performance and strategic priorities.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of an innovative startup.Collaborative and supportive team environment.Flexible working hours and remote work options.How to Apply:
