Senior Product Marketing Manager

on a

12 month contract , based out of either

UK or Canada (remote) , reporting directly to the VP, Sales & Marketing. You’ll drive product adoption and usage by developing and executing comprehensive product marketing and go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful launches of new features and products. You'll incorporate feedback from customer research into your strategies by overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns and working closely with Product, Customer, and Sales teams to position products effectively.To excel, you need a proven track record in developing and executing product marketing strategies in a SaaS or tech-related industry, a strong understanding of product positioning and messaging frameworks, excellent communication skills, an analytical mindset, and an innovative, results-oriented approach.How you’ll have impact:"We’re excited to welcome a new member to our team who can bring fresh perspectives to our product marketing strategies. This position offers the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams and directly influence how we innovate the screening industry." - Sydney Van Alstyne, Senior Manager, Global Marketing.As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you can expect to:Go-to-market Strategy and ExecutionDevelop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies, including defining target audiences, positioning, and messaging for our products.Collaborate closely with the product and revenue teams to create go-to-market plans for new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market, and adjust strategies accordingly.Product & Customer PositioningCollaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all campaign materials and initiatives.Maintain brand guidelines and ensure they are followed in all campaign-related efforts.Oversee the creation of branded assets, such as presentation templates and visual materials, that align with the company's brand identity.Campaign ManagementAssist in the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with product marketing strategies and goals.Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, analyze results, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness.Sales & Customer Success EnablementWork closely with the sales and customer teams to develop and deliver product training programs, enablement tools, and resources.Create enablement materials, such as product sheets, industry one pagers and competitive battle cards, to empower customer-facing teams to communicate product value to prospects and customers effectively.Monitor the impact of sales and customer enablement initiatives on sales and pipeline performance and make adjustments as needed.Market ResearchConduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand evolving needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.Use market insights to refine product messaging, pricing strategies, and feature prioritization.Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements that impact product marketing activities.Team LeadershipPromote an inclusive, collaborative, and innovative team environment through knowledge sharing, cross-functional collaboration, and ideation sessions.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members through constructive feedback, elevating marketing initiatives, and promoting the professional growth of team members.Collaborate with marketing leaders to align team objectives and initiatives, contributing to team structure and resource planning.We're hoping you will bring:Proven track record of successfully developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth or product adoption in a SaaS or tech-related industry.Strong understanding of product marketing strategies, including positioning and messaging, and go-to-market execution.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Innovative thinker with a results-oriented approach.Industry certifications in marketing or related fields.The following will be considered an asset:Experience working in a global or multi-location startup environment.Experience working in HR or screening technology.Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar.Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with sales and product teams.Degree qualified in Marketing, Product and/or Commerce
