We’ve taken this brand from $0 to multiple 8-figures in 2 years. Fully bootstrapped and profitable. We’re gearing up for our next growth phase and need a superstar to lead our Marketing Team. We are looking for a dedicated Head of Marketing to coordinate our marketing teams.

To be successful as a Head of Marketing, you should have excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills. You should also have a thorough knowledge and understanding of digital marketing strategies, branding, and performance metrics.

Because if we need to micromanage you, this is not a place for you.Job Responsibilities:Lead brand strategic development efforts.Evolve and then activate a compelling and differentiated Brand Strategy designed to help drive increased Brand Awareness, Consideration and Preference.Craft a marketing strategy based on data and deep consumer insights, and then translate that strategy into an actionable and achievable operating plan that includes clear objectives and measurable targets.Manage a balanced macro channel marketing strategy and work with the team to scale channel-specific strategies and operating plans.Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.Ensure rigorous control over all marketing-related data, analysis, and metrics.Work closely with finance and fulfillment on forecasting and planning the growth.Your Experience:12+ years of business experience, with at least 10 years of relevant marketing experience.Experience with $100M-200M+ yearly revenue DTC e-commerce brands.A strong brand builder and storyteller with strong creative acumen.Significant brand marketing experience: Influencers, Emails, PR, Partnerships, Podcasts, TV, Flyers, Magazines and so on.Comfortable managing a team that oversees traditional performance marketing channels like Meta, YouTube, Google SEM, Google SEO.Strong influencer and relationship builder with internal and external influencers.Experience operating in the Home Decor segment (or a passion for Home Decor) is a strong plus.Experience managing a team of 7+ marketers.Data-driven, with experience operating with an agile, test/learn/iterate operating mindset.Ability to forecast demand and make financial projections.
