The Commercial Restoration Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible to promote and introduce Servpro services in Northern NV and lead our sales team in selling and marketing restoration services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing customers, developing a team of sales representatives along with sales and marketing strategies, identifying new sales opportunities for growing business profit and revenue, and developing new and long-standing business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a team of sales representatives to meet revenue goals. Promotes a positive work environment through employee engagement.

Train and coach sales representatives on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.

Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase revenue and market share.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and other sales tactics.

Prospecting and securing new commercial accounts through leads, cold calling, and sales presentations.

Conduct market research by identifying customer needs and monitor industry trends to create more effective strategies.

Develop effective advertising and promotion strategies to maximize company profits.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date account data and reporting in Salesforce.

Attend industry events and conferences to stay current on market trends and competitive landscape.

Execute timely response to Large Commercial Losses.

Position Requirements

5+ years' work experience, including significant experience in financial management and strategic sales operations planning in a B2B high-growth sales environment.

Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent with focus in Business/Finance or related business field.

Strong communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships, collaboration among Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product, Technology and Customer Service teams at different levels.

Strong working knowledge of CRM software preferably Salesforce.

An entrepreneurial spirit, strong collaboration skills, and a drive for continuous professional growth.

Ability to travel and valid Driver's License.

Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.
