Gensler's New York City office is seeking a creative, motivated, and highly collaborative individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. Marketing Coordinators produce and support the production of materials that contribute to Gensler's business development efforts. They work under the direction of senior staff and marketing leaders to write, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and other collateral used to help the firm win work.

What You Will Do

Work with and support other marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards.Participate in pursuit strategy and planning.Develop new materials as needed to support business development activities.Perform multiple marketing efforts against rapid and frequent deadlines.Understand and learn Gensler's portfolio of work, practice areas, and firm wide capabilities.Maintain resources & information systems including resumes, case stories, and marketing drive organization.Work closely with other marketing team members to complete special projects, elevate the quality of our efforts, and contribute to our win strategy efforts.Your Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in a marketing or communications position, with a design or professional services / AEC firm a bonusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Business, Architecture, or Interior DesignExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative and impactful graphic design skills, including creating effective presentations and marketing collateralSelf-motivator with strong organizational and intra-personal skills, and a great collaborator.Strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlinesAbility to work with diverse project teams and in a fast-paced work environmentStrong graphic communication and design skillsProficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office is required

**The base salary range will be estimated between $62,500 - 70,000k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience
