ResponsibilitiesThis role will be working with an internal team and external resources to accomplish a broad set of functions.

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

Develop annual marketing strategyDevelop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies targeting new businessLead digital marketing and growth campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEM, and SEODevelop and manage several active, focused growth campaigns by service areaContent Creation and Management:

Craft compelling marketing content (e.g. brochures, landing pages, case studies, etc.)Align content with brand guidelines and communicates the value proposition effectivelyCreate regular, engaging blog posts with a focus on SEO/SEM to drive relevant trafficCreate social media content calendar and schedule postsLead Generation and Sales Support:

Develop and execute lead generation strategies within the B2B sectorCollaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue targets as well as assisting with proposalsAssist with proposals and presentations, ensuring timely and effective supportRequirements

5+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing preferably related to technical or engineering services environmentBachelor's degree in a relevant field with a 3.4+ GPAStrong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing techniques, and marketing analyticsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), marketing automation tools, CRM systems, graphic design software, and website development toolsAbility to gather data, generate reports, and present findings effectivelyDemonstrated leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and project management skillsAbility to execute tasks independently and multi-task efficientlyExcellent time management, detail-oriented, organization and technical writing skillsOutgoing and strong verbal communicator and comfortable presenting to larger groupsAesthetic eye for designNice-to-Haves:
