What You'll Do:

Nexxen is seeking a Product & Solutions Marketing Manager to help drive go-to-market strategies for our growing suite of programmatic advertising solutions. Reporting to the VP, Go to Market, this person will be responsible for supporting Product & Solutions Marketing activities within our product portfolio across select premier partners. Responsibilities include crafting differentiated positioning and messaging, bringing new products and features, and amplifying our story through marketing collateral and GTM enablement across as well as within key partner teams.

This Product & Solutions Marketing Manager will display the ability to respond quickly to changing business needs, priorities, and timelines. Must communicate clearly, concisely, and consistently. This role will be based in the New York office.

work model with the expectation of

3 days minimum in the local office

to collaborate, innovate, and celebrate.

What will I bring?Drive efforts for our product portfolio including (but not limited to) Nexxen Discovery, Nexxen Data Platform, Data Strategy and TV Intelligence with specific key partnersSupport connection between the data products and how they work with Nexxen activation platforms (DSP or SSP) to ensure customer requirements and use cases are met.Manage the beta test process with Product, internal users, and clients.Help own the go-to-market strategy for product launches including product positioning, messaging, differentiators, packaging and pricing for all data products.Drive internal and external collateral development, training, customer communication and external messaging.Collaborate with cross-functional team members including Design, Product, Sales, Partnerships, Ops and Marketing to garner alignment and deliver successful product launches.Be a subject matter expert: respond to questions about products/solutions, client meetings, and thought leadership.Measure post launch adoption and success.What will I bring?

BA/BS in Business, Marketing or equivalent training or experience3+ years in media, marketing or digital advertising or 2+ years of experience in a Product and/or Marketing role in a start-up, media, tech, or advertising environment1+ years of experience working in Ad Tech, with a DSP/SSP or at an ad agency with a video focus (digital/linear TV/CTV) is a plusExperience training and educating large teams, notably with sales and go-to-market focusEffective project management with global, cross-functional relationshipsCritical thinker who can work cross-functionally across different business groups and stakeholdersStrong written oral and presentation skills, including (but not limited to): trainings, RFI's, RFP's, executive presentations/speeches and client communicationsAbility to translate complex capabilities and ever-evolving ecosystems into clear, differentiated offeringsPassion for innovation and solid understanding of advertising technologies, products, and business trendsAble to quickly respond to changing business needs, priorities and timelinesCurious, analytical, and data-drivenStructured and strategic thinkerGreat focus and attention to detailAbility to multi-task efficiently

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in NY is $90,000 - $113,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
