Our company’s leading wine brands include Stella Rosa, San Antonio, San Simeon, Maddalena, and Highlands 41.The Creative Manager is responsible for supporting and ensuring consistency in the overall marketing vision for Stella Rosa, Stella Rosa Brandy, San Antonio Specialty, Spritz del Conte, and other Innovation Brands. They lead the creative vision to inspire and bring the brand to life in store through trade and shopper marketing acting as the dot connector from ideation to direct to consumer. They work with stakeholders and peers to build, execute, and maintain brand standards across all channels.

This is an onsite role, 5 days a week in Los Angeles, CA.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.Collaborate cross functionally with all members of the marketing team to provide assets needed to support campaign objectives.Meet on a regular cadence with the Brand Team, Media Team, and Events Team to identify and execute campaign direction and assets.Comfortable with building presentations and bringing creative and analytical data to drive brand strategy.Build, establish, and maintain design standards and guidelines with internal partners.Ensure the designs align with brand strategies and brand identity.Develop and safeguard brand identity for existing and new brands.Maintain timeline of multiple and concurrent projects ensuring deadlines and milestones are on track to be met.Delegate tasks as needed to team members to ensure forward progress to achieve deadlines.Subject matter expert on tools, trainings, and workshops to support team designers.Ability to influence and guide team designers and peers as the subject matter expert in Stella Rosa and Innovation brands.Providing feedback, mentoring, and design guidance to team designers.Check in weekly with the design team on where the campaign is at, path forward, identifying any barriers, and escalating to Sr. Manager - Customer Marketing.Owns major design projects with high visibility from start to finish.Maintains good rapport and is the contact point for external vendors and contractors.Support brand decks to support multiple facets of the business: sales, retail, hospitality, events, etc.Works with stakeholders to understand their needs and how to best support.Supports various projects on an as needed basis for the Marketing Department.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar field preferredMinimum 5 years of experience working as senior Graphic Designer leading peopleMinimum 3 years of experience working withing CPG specializing in Food & BeverageUnderstanding of design in brand marketing, with a focus on shopper marketing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.Strong ability to follow up and give clear feedback if needed.Ability to interact and collaborate with all functional levels and business areas.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with others.Strong relational skills and ability to anticipate needs.Comfortable working in an in-person and mobile, interactive environment.Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to the company.High level of emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex situations.Self-starter, able to work in a space of ambiguity and evolving role and solutions oriented.Problem solver, resourceful, and able to find solutions independently.Competent with all reporting systems, Microsoft Office, Asana, Adobe Creative Suite.Experience in 3D Imaging/Motion Graphics a plus.Pay Range$100,000 - $115,000 USDAt Riboli Family Wines, we are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer and we are committed to an environment of mutual respect, diversity, and inclusion.
