That's right - Medical, Dental, Vision, Long/Short Term Disability, and Life Insurance!Paid time off including holidays!Opportunity for growth within the company!Professional, fun business environment in newly remodeled suite in corporate building with free parking and easy access to interstate and other main roads!Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the digital marketing team in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that leverage social media, email marketing, and SEO to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.Support the management and growth of our social media presence across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest, by helping create and curate relevant, high-quality content.Assist in the development, implementation, and management of email marketing campaigns to engage subscribers, nurture leads, and increase conversions.Help conduct keyword research and optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.Work with the digital marketing team to analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email marketing analytics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of success.Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and contribute ideas to improve our digital marketing efforts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to support the creation of cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.Assist in monitoring and managing the online reputation of Sound Income Group, addressing customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.RequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management, email marketing, and SEO.Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and analytics tools.Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).Knowledge of SEO tools and practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create compelling content.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.The duties and responsibilities described in the above job description are not a comprehensive list.
