Our commitment to company culture is reflected in our adherence to team-member development, team-member benefits, and our determination to build deep, lasting relationships.We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to enhance our brand's digital presence by strategizing a comprehensive narrative foundation, utilizing WHEAT’s brand guidelines to inform original storytelling plans, and engage WHEAT’s core demographic audience through innovative content creation and targeted promotion.The Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager will lead the company's efforts in telling the overall WHEAT story, as well as the specificities of our retail destinations, clothing, fragrance, and candle collections, and any future arm of the company that contributes to WHEAT's success. The team-member in this role will be the number one advocate for our brand, and the history behind it, while creating channels for continued growth. They will be responsible for creating and executing the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new launches at in-person events, and digitally, in an effort to showcase products and the strength of the brand. The Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager Role is one that may require travel from time to time to gather & curate content, to fully understand the operation of bringing WHEAT to life, as well as to further learn about the guest experience and expectations within the company.RESPONSIBILITIESIncluding but not limited to:Social media and digital marketing planning and coordinationDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the WHEAT brandPlanning and curating of e-blasts to existing and potential WHEAT guestsBrand content, including but not limited to; case studies, product videos, website and social media copy and pitch decks to effectively translate WHEAT's story and heritage to a wider audience in accordance to ownership's visionSuggesting, initiating and developing strategic partnerships to maximize sales channels and continue to build prominent relationships within the industry, enhancing the WHEAT brand through strong adjacenciesAct as the primary point of contact with any Public Relations company engaged by WHEAT at any given timeFormulate advanced planning methods to drive sales on E-commerce platformsImplement marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media and WHEAT’s websiteOversee the curation and management of our website for a seamless luxury shopping experienceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and to ensure the seamless execution of creative undertakings and social content campaignsDevelop creative assets including advertising, promotional materials and social media contentMonitor market trends and consumer insights to innovate and differentiate our offerings - distill learnings for presentation to senior management team on an ongoing basisManage marketing budgets and resources to optimize ROI and achieve objectives and KPIsAnalyze marketing performance and provide regular reports to senior management, including provision of feedback and recommendations on creative directionOversee and create a digital plan, to present to Senior Leadership/Ownership, alongside in depth rationale for specific story and aesthetic choices.Create copy guidelines, and implement/hone parameters for WHEAT’s outward facing voice and imageSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSExcellent written & verbal communication skillsPrevious experience in a digital marketing, product marketing and/or product management roleProficient in the content management systems used at WHEAT (Canva, Later, Instagram, TikTok)Must have attention to detail and excellent organization/time managementSelf-motivated and accountable, with ability to balance time and juggle multiple projectsLocated and available to work at either office location (Los Angeles or New Hampshire) at least 3 days per week Flexibility to work weekends and nights as needed in cases of special events or activations involving digital Experience and understanding of digital analytics tools, with weekly/monthly reportingBENEFITSCompetitive SalaryVacation & Sick PayHealth Insurance - 30% paid for by the company with an additional 10% for every year you are with the company, Dental Insurance - 50% paid for by the companyVision Insurance - 50% paid for by the company401k plan - up to 3% match by the company40% off at all Wheat Holdings, LLC owned stores40% off at all Strand Cafes50% off at www.thewheatcollection.com Skills RETAIL APPAREL AND FASHION MARKETING AND SALES
