In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.As a Design Manager on Business Process Automation, you will lead a team responsible for delivering on foundational capabilities across the Intuit ecosystem including Tasks, Workflows, and Projects. These capabilities are critical to helping Mid-Market customers manage the complexities of their growing businesses, increasing productivity and profitability. This role requires an agile leader who is comfortable influencing across organizations, delivering high-quality designs, and developing a team in a highly collaborative environment.Responsibilities

Lead initiatives of significant scope, complexity, and responsibility in creative vision, strategy, and execution; with ability to operate as both player and coach.Deep understanding and balance of customer, business, and shareholders needs and cross-functional partnership, collaboration, and decision making.Strong communication (written, verbal, and visual), influence, and persuasion skills.Actively engage in the Business Process Automation leadership triad (PM, Dev, Design) to guide strategic vision, drive alignment, and deliver with high quality.Drive outside-in, customer-centric thinking, doing, and building during the entire product process – from vision and exploration to narrowing and curation of every touchpoint to be excellent.Communicate design direction and intent with customer-backed and defensible principles and frameworks.Minimum Requirements

8+ years of experience in Design, with management experience as a nice-to-have.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, Design Strategy, or equivalent relevant experience.Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality design output through a team.Knowledge and experience in delivering product design deliverables such as design prototypes, documentation, design specs, assets (web and mobile), or similar.Strong business acumen and experience in managing multiple stakeholders and senior leadership expectations.Experience leading designers as a mentor, design lead, or manager.Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
