Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of client and global defense sector strategies. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft CoPilot, and regular interactions with clients and leadership.The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. The world can’t wait.You Have:Experience with managing and implementing budgets and plans in line with regulations, standards, or organizational policies, analyzing financial data, creating financial reports, and making informed decisions based on available information.

Knowledge of management best practices for diverse populations and stakeholders, organizing large groups of individuals to accomplish organizational goals, and creating and executing program plans and events to meet long-term objectives.

Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations and comprehend their unique needs and perspectives.

Ability to involve both internal and external parties of an organization to pursue shared objectives, devise and oversee a communications strategy, and identify non-supportive key stakeholders towards organizational events or results.

Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Bachelor's degree.
