This role will be responsible for managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns. It’s a dynamic job. One day you may be overseeing contract negotiations with agents and influencers. The next, you may be working on a new business proposal or attending an onsite influencer activation. Thus, you’ll need to be passionate about all facets of influencer marketing in order to produce the best work. You must be a proactive employee, willing to go above and beyond, and comfortable working with internal leadership and client executives. You also must be a collaborative team player, willing to wear many different hats and roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done.RESPONSIBILITIESOperations & Team ManagementSupport the VP to continue to fine tune the Influencer Management Process, and recommend changes as necessary to keep up with emerging trends;Ensure team is fostering positive, trusted relationships with influencers, agentsOversee client relations and timelines while ensuring the flawless execution of campaignsOwn onboarding process for junior team members, developing training assets and facilitating initial 1-2 week oversight of team process trainingDraft client SOWs for current clients and renewals with VP oversightWork with VP and COO to align on staffing plans and to forecast team hoursOversee junior team members to create casting lists for clients, and be willing to assist with influencer research when neededResponsible for overseeing and sending contracts approved by VP to all influencers on assigned accounts and ensuring they are filed properly by junior team membersManage and mentor Account Supervisor, and Influencer Marketing Coordinator, ensuring individual’s performance goals are metManage and track all influencer campaign budgetsTrain junior team on proper negotiation tacticsOversee junior team members to ensure influencer invoices and W9’s are collected and submitted properly to the finance departmentAttend onsite influencer activations as neededStrategy & Thought LeadershipOversee innovative and award winning influencer campaigns, executing flawlessly from start to finish and within budgetMake strategic recommendation on client projects to upsell and grow accountsProactively make process recommendations to optimize the success of the team and campaignsStay up to date on influencer best practices and provide strategic recommendations based on platform and FTC updatesLead brainstorms and ensure all participants are prepared to ideate creative out of the box campaigns that can leverage influencers or content creatorsIn partnership with the strategy team, craft memos to share agency’s POV on influencer tech, creator networks, and industry updatesSupport the strategy, design, planning, budget, and coordination of influencer marketing campaigns on behalf of Socialfly clientsOversee the creation of insightful, data-based reporting of influencer or creator campaigns and lead client presentation for assigned accountsCollaborate with the paid media team to optimize whitelisting process and keep track of new ways to do thingsStay up to date on influencer rates and packages and assist in the development of new influencer offerings as the industry changesCollaborate with the media and creative team to develop strategies that are optimized for the client’s budgetMaintain an understanding of influencer agency landscape, including software developments and competitive agenciesNew BusinessSupport with building pitch decks and proposals, in collaboration with the business development team, and present proposals and strategies to assigned clientsContinually innovate for existing clients, pitching campaign extensions or additional activations as it makes senseParticipate in brainstorms for new business pitches and client strategies, as neededSupport marketing efforts via webinars and blogsOwn and develop influencer marketing benchmarks guide and influencer surveysREQUIREMENTS8+ years of Influencer Campaign Management Experience in agency with a degree in, digital marketing, public relations or a similar fieldExperience overseeing a team to execute full-scale influencer programs from start to finishTeam and project management experience is required. Must be able to encourage growth, professional development, and maximize team performanceExcellent client services skillsAbility to travel as needed to NYC office or client eventsExperience reviewing influencer agreements and pushing back on unfavorable termsDetail orientation and able to catch any errors in deliverables ahead of client deliveryStrong familiarity with influencer management softwares and contracting is mandatory - experience with CIQ or Tagger is a plusStrong negotiation and selling skills, with the ability to manage a variety of clients simultaneouslyADDITIONAL SKILLSThe following skills are a plus but not necessary for this role:

Experience running B2B campaignsExperience building and managing content creator networks
