This includes answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and helping creators get the most out of our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media and video production, as well as excellent customer service skills.ResponsibilitiesProvide support and guidance to video creatorsAnswer questions about our supported platforms and policiesTroubleshoot issues and help creators resolve monetization and Intellectual Property conflictsWork with cross-functional team members to develop and drive adoption of self-service support and learning resources for creatorsWork with creators to develop and execute marketing plansMaintain relationships with high-value creatorsStay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.)Provide recommendations for strong creator branding across multiple platforms (brand safe videos, visual graphics)Cultivate positive working relationships with our partner representatives across multiple platformsQualificationsWhile this is a WFH position, you will be required to be at events and on-set as needed.3+ years of experience in social media or video productionExcellent customer service skillsExperience managing support tickets and queues and working in CRM toolsStrong prioritization skills, including adapting priorities as circumstances changeStrong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube)Experience with video editing and productionAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesCompensation : $76,000 - $85,000 a yearAbout Network MediaAt Network Media we make fun and entertaining videos for Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and more.
