Inspired by Innovation.Mission:The Global Marketing Manager (Autonomous Systems) leads the management and implementation of the global AHS marketing plan and serves as a subject matter expert in all marketing related activities for AHS. The Global Marketing Manager will initiate research, development, and implementation of new marketing programs and supports the AHS business development team by qualifying inquiries and marketing leads from inbound and outbound campaigns; managing and coordinating event presence; maintaining appropriate marketing portfolios, websites, campaigns, and appropriate social media presence; creating print and video content; maintaining and analyzing critical marketing metrics to determine ROI; and completing various other tasks assigned by the Director of Business Development and Marketing.Responsibilities:Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans for Autonomous Systems.Collaborate with the relevant business leaders to identify customer's needs, market trends, and competitive assessment related to supported products and services.Ability to plan, create, and execute product launch campaigns.Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns in tandem with email campaigns and other relevant marketing efforts.Provide support and tools to the business unit leaders to drive sales within their territories.Prepare and present reports on all marketing activities and initiatives.Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with AHS/Epiroc business goals and objectives.Ensure all products, services and other offerings conform to Epiroc’s branding guidelines.Work with designers to produce marketing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines.Manage the AHS webpage, ensuring content and messaging is accurate and adheres to SEO and design best practices.Qualify marketing leads from web form submissions, inbound sources, and outbound campaigns, and nurture the leads toward sales ready status.Ensure leads are properly documented, scored, and tracked in the sales CRM system.Implement lead nurturing campaigns using CRM tools and marketing automation tools.Working with business unit managers and business development leaders to manage a tradeshow and customer events calendar for target areas.Execute professional tradeshow presence by developing goals, booth layout, and managing logistics including booth reservations, electricity, carpet, shipping and drayage, materials handling, and timely payment submission.Coordinate onsite tradeshow presence including onsite logistical contact, sales discussions, and lead capturing as required by the business development managers.Coordinate with sales personnel to ensure consistent messaging and branding at tradeshows.Working with business unit leaders and designers to create, update and manage website presence and messaging.Develop marketing content including blog articles, press releases, social media updates, white papers, or other deliverables in conjunction with marketing strategy or campaigns.Coordinates marketing portfolios for advertisements, press, and collateral.Use best practice marketing analytics tools and systems to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.Work with Automated Hauling Systems BD to support the marketing needs of Customer Centers.Help organize customer events, demonstration tours, or other sales activities as directed.Support the broader marketing group as necessary.Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.7+ Years professional experience in marketing or related field.Experience in the mining industry a plus.Experience in autonomous technology industry a plus.You must be able to co-operate with colleagues in numerous other functions. You must be trustworthy and reliable in order to safeguard the interests of the company in a highly competitive environment. Due to the sales nature of this position, this individual must be assertive with strong written and verbal communication skills.You will be required to travel internationally within the region and globally (between 15-25% of the time) and be comfortable working with other cultures.
