experienced leader to help shape the future of AI Marketing

at Atlassian. In this role, you will manage a team of product marketers who look after the current and future portfolio of AI offerings at Atlassian. This team is responsible for working closely with product management to influence product strategy and positioning for target audiences, working with brand, communications, and other product marketing teams to uplift our portfolio through AI first marketing, and driving full funnel marketing efforts, including building pipeline for Atlassian Rovo (our newly announced AI powered product) in partnership with demand generation and sales.Our ideal candidate is an accomplished marketing leader, who brings a mix of left and right brain to the game, making synergistic connections and creative leaps, while applying sharp strategic instincts to emerging technologies and new products. This is a low ego, high action individual who is data and results driven, and able to change course based on learning quickly. Finally, this leader is able to influence executives and is passionate about building, supporting, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary marketing team to do the best work of their careers.Responsibilities:

Influence and shape product strategy, positioning and narratives through market and competitive insights as well as data for target audiences.Develop and execute GTM strategies including goals, metrics for success, asset development and integrated launch planning for large, complex launches while minimizing risk.Work across all AI workstreams and PMM teams to ensure leadership visibility, awareness and consistency in strategy, messaging and approach.Build thought leadership, inspiring customers to see their best path to success with AI powered teamwork is through Atlassian’s product portfolio and Atlassian Rovo.Create press and influencer momentum for Atlassian Intelligence and Atlassian Rovo working with communications.Drive the full funnel of awareness, consideration, adoption, engagement and advocacy of Atlassian Intelligence and Atlassian Rovo.Minimum Requirements:

10+ years’ experience in product marketing or product management.Experience working with Product Management, Marketing and Communications teams at all levels of management.Ability to tackle complex, highly visible and sensitive issues with a creative and strategic, data-driven mindset.Fast learner, eager to learn new technologies with a roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic and willingness to take the initiative and make things happen.CompensationAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $200,900 - $267,800Zone B: $180,800 - $241,100Zone C: $166,700 - $222,300This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones.
