As the Digital Marketing Project Manager, you will manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met, while also coordinating the marketing calendar and content production across team. You will also and adjust design for projects using existing InDesign templates and use Photoshop to resize, crop, and make other basic edits to images. responsibilities:
Coordinate marketing calendar and content production across team
Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Project management for marketing emails (built and sent by CRM team)
Apply and adjust design for projects using existing InDesign templates
Use Photoshop to resize, crop, and make other basic edits to images
Pull and segment data from alumni and donor database (Advance/Qlikview)
Use data to create and test variables for personalized and effective outreach
Track key metrics like open/click rates, conversions and report on results
Write, proofread, and copyedit content for marketing emails and other projects
Other duties as assigned
