We are passionate about helping students achieve their goals, using their God-given talents to the best of their ability through quality education and effective learning.We are currently seeking a passionate Marketing Officer to join our team. The position is a part-time position to commence as soon as possible:Part-Time Marketing Officer (0.4 FTE)We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Marketing Officer to work with the Senior Marketing Officer in marketing the College. The successful applicant will have a background in digital marketing and content creation. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.If you tick the following boxes, we would love to meet you to discuss the possibilities:Personal Qualities:You are passionate about living out your Christian faith, and you are prepared to model, uphold and support the Ethos of the College and its Core Values.You understand marketing concepts, strategies, tools and techniques well.You are proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms.You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, staff and other stakeholders.You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.You can work with composure under pressure.You have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to use initiative and excellent attention to detail.You have a high level of enthusiasm and motivationYou have excellent organisational and time management skills, including adapting to changing priorities.You are a team planner who works well independently.In consultation with the Senior Marketing Officer, applicants will be required to:Collaborate with the College Executive in collating, creating and editing correspondence, media messages, articles, press releases, announcements, presentations and other oral/written communications to meet the College’s needs.Coordinate and produce high-quality print and digital publications, including but not limited to the College newsletter, digital magazines, reports, handbooks, booklets, and other College content.Oversee the College’s online presence, ensuring the website is regularly updated and that the information, links, photographs, news and other content are up to date and accurate.Manage social media platforms, creating and posting content that engages the community, increases brand awareness and promotes College events and achievements.Monitor the performance of social media strategies and respond to comments and feedback received.Collaborate with the Events Coordinator to ensure that events are promoted and communicated effectively. Attend all formal College marketing events where possible.Assist in reviewing campaigns by collating analytical data across our digital platforms and developing an SEO strategy.Provide Administrative support when required.Embrace and represent the Christian ethos of the College.Perform any other position-related duties as requested by the Business Manager, Principal and Senior Marketing Officer.Additional Requirements:A marketing qualification or working towards a formal qualification.Two years of experience in a marketing role is desirable but not essential.All applicants are required to attain and maintain a Working with Children Check clearance.You are required to provide a current Police Clearance report (no older than three months).You will be expected to complete a Child Safety course as part of the induction process if you have not already done so.You must have the right to live and work in Australia (VEVO checks will be conducted to confirm your eligibility to work in Australia).Excited by the possibilities?
