Please double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below.Manages strategic and operational aspects of marketing, PR and customer experience in North America according to TRUMPF company policy.Head of Marketing ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day activities of marketing/PR/customer experience team, including planning and development.Develop and execute marketing strategy for all product lines and services in North America.Establish and monitor annual marketing budget.Serve as TUS Brand Ambassador, leading brand management initiatives. Oversee all TUS trade shows and events in North America.Benchmark against competitors and trends to identify best practices and drive innovation in marketing.Manage Digital Marketing Analytics to generate leads and manage Marketing Funnel.Research and select appropriate trade publications and e-media for advertising. Develop print and electronic advertising insertion plan and negotiate advertising contracts.Oversee development of all marketing collateral including advertising, product literature, special promotions, multi-media, etc.Oversee editing assistance of documents translated from German to as required.Oversee all TUS public relations activity including editorial opportunities, press releases, interviews, etc.Oversee production of TRUe magazine.Provide direction and management of TUS social media program, search engine optimization efforts, and website.Responsible for building décor, specifically photos and displays, for TUS. Manage all marketing department vendors and ensure adherence to TRUMPF purchasing procedures.Experience & EducationFive to seven years managing experience in Marketing or related field required. Excellent communication skills as well as staff and project management skills along with excellent interpersonal skills are part of the job.
