TasksA Day in the Life of Our Head of UX:
Wake up excited to revolutionize user interactions.
Lead and inspire a talented team of designers and UX professionals.
Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to continually refine our app.
Prototype and test new features to ensure seamless user journeys.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on vision and execution.
Define and perpetually update design guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and consistent user experience.
Brainstorm and implement creative solutions to improve efficacy in reducing screen time and enhancing user satisfaction.
Monitor user metrics to track usability, determine pain points, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Zario remains at the forefront of UX design.
Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance the final product.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Head of UX, UX Lead, or similar senior role in UX design.
Strong portfolio showcasing a history of successful projects and designs that demonstrate a deep understanding of UX principles.
Expertise in user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Excellent understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
Strong leadership and mentorship abilities with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Effective communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A passion for reducing screen time and an understanding of the dynamics of phone addiction.
