Our enterprise client is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic IT Team. This person will be pivotal in helping complete the EDGE front end redesign and other Innovations efforts around use of AI, Work Order Anomaly POC, Cross Bore POC, and Chatbot. This is a hybrid position in Birmingham, AL with a local client that has ample room for growth.

Collaborate with Stakeholders:
Work closely with the AI team, product managers, and developers to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals.User Research:
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user behaviors and pain points.Wireframing and Prototyping:
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.UI Design:
Design high-fidelity user interfaces using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, ensuring a consistent and engaging visual style.User Testing:
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.Design Systems:
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all POC projects.Collaboration:
Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs and maintain the integrity of the user experience.Stay Updated:
Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and competitive.Qualifications:
Bachelors degree requiredOver 4 years of experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.Proven track record of conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user behaviors and pain points.Experience designing high-fidelity user interfaces using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, ensuring a consistent and engaging visual style.Strong experience developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all POC projects.Experience with AI would be a plus!
