The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.Hartford, Connecticut, United StatesPosition Summary:Global Atlantic is seeking an Associate, Brand Marketing and Advertising candidate to join the Marketing organization and be responsible for the development and execution of strategic advertising campaigns that enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement across our retail and institutional audiences. We are looking for a creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for brand marketing and advertising. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage all paid media initiatives across digital, social, and traditional platforms. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape Global Atlantic’s marketing direction and contribute to its success in a competitive industry. All candidates must, in addition to possessing the specific qualifications cited below, be a self-starter and work well within a complex, fast-paced, fluid environment.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Contribute to the development of brand marketing strategies that align with our business goals and enhance our brand’s visibility and reputation in the financial services industry.Lead the planning, executing, and optimizing all paid media campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising platforms.Work with creative teams to develop engaging and cohesive advertising content that aligns with our brand messaging and campaign objectives.Support the media planning and buying process by researching and selecting the best channels and placements to reach our target audiences effectively.Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.Monitor and evaluate the impact of campaigns on brand health and performance by utilizing tracking tools and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.Manage and track the budget for paid media campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial plans.Coordinate with external media vendors and agencies to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of paid media campaigns.Ensure all advertising materials comply with industry regulations and maintain the highest standards of brand consistency and integrity.Candidates Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, or paid media, preferably within the financial services industry or other B2B categories.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Strong understanding of paid media channels and platforms, including digital advertising, social media, and traditional media.Proficiency in media planning and buying processesMust have experience with advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).Eager to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in paid media and advertising.Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach to work.This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
