Come join the Quickbooks Marketing Analytics team as a Staff Business Data Analyst for our web acquisition channel. You will be joining a team that is responsible for driving marketing decisions through data-backed insights, bringing new customers to the Quickbooks ecosystem of products. As a web channel analyst, you will drive a deeper understanding of our Web conversion funnel, help identify areas of opportunity, and optimize the site experience for potential and existing Quickbooks customers.Responsibilities

Drive opportunity identification and sizing in our web funnel, unlocking critical web optimization and experimentation efforts to drive new customer acquisition growthWork closely with our business performance analytics, web marketing, and web analytics teams to understand and quantity web drivers of ongoing Quickbooks customer acquisition and size performance of web acquisition projectsOwn and improve the core set of dashboards for web funnel to unlock speed of insights across the analytics and marketing organizationDrive improvements to web analytics instrumentation and data architecture to unlock new metrics and insights, as well as improving the durability of data pipelines and data signalsLead the construction of web funnel reporting and data narratives to senior leaders to power strategic web marketing decisions7+ years of experience in web analytics, analyzing web traffic patterns, segment performance, and conversion funnelsExperienced in advanced statistical analysis, test design, and marketing attributionPractical experience constructing data pipelines and ETL utilizing SQL and Python, as well as data solutions from cloud platformsComfortable manipulating and analyzing large complex datasets (e.g. clickstream data) requiredStrong data storytelling skills, with a proven ability to rapidly construct impactful visualization, communicate insights and influence marketing leadershipDeep understanding of AI/ML models in marketing attribution and personalization applicationsExperience working in enterprise web analytics platforms like Adobe AnalyticsBachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience, advanced degree preferred
