We are seeking a skilled designer to work on projects at a variety of scales and market sectors. The position will offer the candidate opportunities to grow within the firm and exposure to an innovative and highly creative environment.In your new role, you will:Lead the interior design work of projects in pursuit of design excellenceLead high-energy, collaborative team and projectsProvide mentoring and guidance to team membersProven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyDevelop and implement overall design concepts and finish palettes through all phases of designWhat you will need to succeed:8-10 years of professional experience in Interior DesignBachelor's or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture or Architecture degreeProven client leadershipStrong conceptual design and schematic design skillsStrong verbal and graphic communication skillsRevit capabilityRevit/Enscape rendering skills a plusDemonstrated knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Rhino and/or 3DS MaxDevelop and implement overall design concepts through all phases of designDepth of experience with selecting, and specifying materials and finishesCreation of presentation decks and materialsExperience with furniture selection and specificationAbility to work in a collaborative, open environmentDesire to help drive innovative design solutionsLab design experience a plus
