The Marketing Campaign & Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and managing integrated marketing campaigns that result in measurable pipeline impact. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market dynamics and opportunities, prioritize target segments, develop tactical plans, and execute and optimize campaign performance across channels.This position plays an essential role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across various channels and multiple business units. Responsibilities include campaign conception and execution, measurement of all marketing programs, and using results to steer future strategy and aid business decisions.Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals, marketing strategy objectives, target audiences and budgets.Manage the day-to-day execution of all marketing campaigns, with direct responsibility for performance KPIs.Work closely with strategy partners to understand and make recommendations on campaign requirements, including segmentation and audience building, personalization and dynamic content, etc.Constantly monitor campaign and channel performance, reporting regularly on KPIs and learnings.Mapping out end-to-end operational flows to ensure all campaigns are completed and deployed accurately and on time.Foster seamless cross-team collaboration involving Marketing, Sales, Creative, E-comm, External Agencies, and Legal to deliver high-quality marketing materials with efficiency and scale.Deeply understand the complexities of our business, industry, strategic objectives and prioritize accordingly.Work with business stakeholders to understand the unique value chains we operate in and the voice of the customers we serve.Train and educate the global workforce on brand guidelines and brand protection, messaging, etc.Collaborate closely with marketing team members to develop compelling assets and high value offers.Implement tracking and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and measure ROI.Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting the key findings and recommendations.Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and implement strategic adjustments as needed.Stay updated with the marketing trends, technologies and best practices to drive campaign innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience managing and executing revenue-generating integrated marketing campaigns across channels for B2B businessExtensive B2B marketing experience requiredDemonstrated success in managing production timelines, cross-functional operations, and delivery of campaigns and initiatives to launchProficiency in marketing analytics, developing experiments and A/B tests, and experience in data visualization toolsExpert project manager and collaborator who prides themselves on never missing a detailExceptional judgment and problem-resolution skills including the ability to think creatively to develop ideas/solutions that will contribute value in a dynamic environmentClear and confident communicator, able to distill complex topics into thoughtful analysis and actionable recommendations; comfortable presenting to and partnering with executive leadersSolid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insightsUnderstanding of demand generation methods and trends across paid and organic channels, segmentation, and lead handling processesUnderstanding and experience building and using tech stack to implement and track marketing effectivenessThe ability to think strategically, analytically and creatively with a passion for data-driven decision makingEfficient project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlinesExcellent communicator with the ability to collaborate with others to achieve a common goal; communicates plans and results clearly.
