The

Marketing Director

is a senior leadership role responsible for steering the marketing strategy and execution across the Goal Family of Companies. This position will play a crucial role in shaping and elevating the company brands, including Goal Solutions, Launch, and TCM, by crafting compelling narratives and implementing integrated marketing initiatives. The Director of Marketing will oversee all aspects of the marketing function, including strategic planning, creative execution, and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals. Lead the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.Own and enhance the brand identities of Goal Solutions, Launch, and TCM. Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing and communication channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.Oversee the full marketing lifecycle, from campaign ideation and creative development to media acquisition, landing page optimization, sign-up flow organization, and paid remarketing strategies. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing practices.Create and manage a detailed marketing calendar, budget, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies based on performance data.Develop and maintain all company collateral, ensuring it is current, relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines. Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content across various channels, including PR, email, and web.Review and optimize keywords and SEO strategies for Goal Solutions’ website to enhance visibility and drive qualified traffic. Evaluate and manage online paid search advertising to maximize ROI.Design and execute targeted B2B sales campaigns, leveraging tools such as Campaign Monitor for multi-part digital campaigns, A/B testing, and tracking results. Manage the creation of custom landing pages to support specific marketing initiatives.Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Go-To-Market strategies and solutions. Serve as a liaison for marketing-related projects involving vendors, contractors, and agencies.Manage Goal LinkedIn and other social media posts and build out LinkedIn marketing tools to enhance brand presence and engagement on social media platforms.Manage conference participation, including sponsorships, materials, giveaways, and collateral. Coordinate advertising opportunities as dictated by Business Development.Design and execute targeted sales campaigns, leveraging tools such as Campaign Monitor for multi-part digital campaigns, A/B testing, and tracking results. Manage the creation of custom landing pages to support specific marketing initiatives.Prepare and issue periodic press releases to enhance company visibility and communicate key updates.Continue to build and enhance the brand unification strategy to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all platforms.Oversee the distribution and inventory of branded promotional items.Provide marketing support for special projects and internal customers as needed.Maintain and refresh PowerPoint decks for Goal and Launch with input from the team.Education & Other Minimum Requirements

BA/BS degree in marketing, journalism, or comparable job-related experience3-5+ years of marketing experience in B2B programs, with a proven track record in leading marketing strategies and initiatives. Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is highly desirableExceptional storytelling and creative skills, with the ability to develop and convey compelling brand narrativesStrong project management abilities, with experience in managing complex marketing campaigns and initiativesProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and analytics.General understanding of HTML, CSS, and web technologies to oversee website and landing page developmentAdvanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable marketing strategiesAbility to build and scale marketing impact, lead strategic vision, and perform tactical duties effectivelyDemonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision, showcasing proactive problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approachExperience in the fintech or financial services industry, with a deep understanding of sector-specific marketing dynamics
