To entertain the human race.THE JOB:The Brand Marketing Manager at Bellagiois responsiblefor executingthe brand strategy and marketingactivationsacrosstheproperty.This position will report to the Director MarketingActivationand partner with the marketingCOEs.THE DAY-TO-DAY:Project manageplanned and ad-hoc marketingcampaignson-property,managingthe day-to-daycampaigndevelopmentand partneringclosely with marketingCOEs & property partners.Partner with central marketingteams to developcreative materialsrequiredfor on-propertyactivation:ensure delivery of creative assets per brief, and quality check content.Collaboratewith Entertainmentand Eventsteams to manageon-propertyactivationalignedto strategy.Prepare key materialsfor Directorfor meetings with property vertical leaders and Corporate.Audit website/3rdparty content weekly and aggregaterequiredchangesto Director(includingchangesfrom key stakeholders), ensuringcontent on website is 100% accurate and up to date.THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:5+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Marketing, Advertising, Events, Media, or in a related field within the hospitality/gaming industry.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field; or equivalent education and work experience.WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:Proven track record in developing and delivering complex and strategic marketing plans and projects with positive, measurable results.Master's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.THE PERKS & BENEFITS:Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentallyAccess to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and moreFree meals in our employee dining roomFree parking on and off shiftHealthcare, financial, and time off benefits including 401K matchingProfessional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the communityAre you ready to
