Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about multiple facets of marketing and an eye for branding. They possess strong digital marketing skills and have a proven track record of successful social media management and digital campaigns. This role will report to the Director of Marketing and work hand-in-hand to establish consistent brand practices for all current and future properties of Common Bond Hotel Collection.

Responsibilities:

Work in partnership with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase direct bookings.

Manage and oversee social media channels to enhance brand presence and engage with our target audience effectively.

Partner with on-property and/or agency resources to create engaging and relevant content for social media posts

Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the use of quality and relevance of social media content.

Collaborate with the Sales and Revenue Management teams to optimize campaigns and promotions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Analyze campaign performance and ROI using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices in the hospitality industry, continually seeking ways to innovate and improve our digital marketing efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency role

Proven experience managing social media and digital marketing, experience within the hospitality industry is a plus

Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful social media campaigns and strategies across various platforms.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
