POSITION PURPOSE:

The Marketing specialist will be responsible for the timely and efficient flow of information and materials through the marketing department. This includes planning and scheduling projects, tracking, and reporting on progress, managing email distribution lists, keeping track of inventory, and communicating with stakeholders. The successful candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience with project management software.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning and scheduling : responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify deadlines and milestones and create project plans to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.In addition to large projects and initiatives, responsible for:- Coordinating monthly / quarterly updates for all marketing materials- Manage fulfillmentQuality control/Compliance:

ensure all product includes key components, uses CIM brand standards, current data, and includes necessary disclosure.Tracking and reporting : track the progress of projects and report on status to stakeholders. Utilize project management software to keep track of tasks, deadlines, and costs.Communicating with stakeholders : keep stakeholders informed of the project's progress and address any concerns or questions that arise.- Write fund update communications for both internal and external stakeholdersSolving problems : identify and implement solutions that will keep each project on track. Assist with overall process improvements.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information systems, or a related field.7+ years of marketing experienceKnowledge/experience using project management software (Monday.com a plus)ABOUT YOU:
