ABOUT THE ROLE -
This Associate Graphic Designer will design retail signage, print, and web promotions. As well as being an integral and well-respected part of the art department, they need to be highly motivated, extremely organized, be able to manage company processes, and be passionate about moving the company forward.
Major Areas of Responsibility:Design posters, signs, and graphics for company print materialSchedule, coordinate, and execute other design projects from start to finishExecute brand management and maintain the outlined standardsPrimary Objectives
Be an integral part of the art departmentMaintain and build upon a retail and brand development team that emphasizes quality and high performancePerform other duties as assignedBe self-motivated and able to follow through on assignments independently with minimal oversightRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Superior skills in:
Adobe InDesignAdobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorMicrosoft Office (specifically Excel)
Demonstrated ability to:
Manage changing priorities and work under pressureBe detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasksConceptualize and generate ideas independentlyThrive in a fast-paced environmentLearn and adapt quickly
Must have:

Education and Experience:
