Duties:- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers- Assist customers in finding and selecting products- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in using cash registers and handling financial transactions- Knowledge of wireless technology sales is a plus- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus- Ability to effectively upsell and cross-sell products- Excellent organizational skills
