Department Summary

Whether coordinating high-level messaging for the C-suite, interacting with journalists to drive breaking news or launching a campaign around our latest innovation, our teams lend their voice to the future of communication.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Define, drive, and lead a customer retention loyalty program that enhances the overall customer experience and encourages long-term retention

Lead the definition of Latino programming content strategy, curating and distributing key programming assets to the required teams, liaising with programmers to coordinate Latino marketing efforts across brands

Responsible for the planning, creative direction, and execution of existing customer marketing campaigns

Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and creative agencies to build, refine, and test marketing creatives

Manage and multi-task with multiple projects simultaneously with supervision

Build relationships enterprise-wide, and successfully work across departments to coordinate and communicate with various groups

Communicate project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines effectively across technical and non-technical teams at all levels of the organization

Consistently monitors and reports on the project progress/status to all stakeholders and assists in issue resolution as necessary

This position is bilingual, and you will need to be fluent in Spanish

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

Bachelors in Marketing or related discipline strongly preferred; degree from a four-year college or university with 3-5 years or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred

Skills and Qualifications:

Spanish language fluency required

Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and demonstrate a sense of urgency

Strong background in developing creative marketing strategies and following through with execution and analysis

Excellent project management skills

Ability to multitask

Strong relationship skills to work cross-functionally and leverage different departments to meet tight deadlines and overcome obstacles

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
