The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing communications, including external sales presentations, internal corporate communications and webinars, as well as trade show coordination and other day-to-day marketing activities. The Marketing Coordinator will work with the Product Marketers, Digital team, and internal departments to create marketing materials to support marketing plans and objectives.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of trade show and event logistics (including registrations, invoice processing, event services/shipments and attendee coordination, and other related duties), based on CPI's annual trade show calen Coordinate with third-parties for trade show vendor booth shipping, utilities and show setup/takedown services Communicate with the Digital Marketing team for pre-show emails, post-show lead capture and updates to data lists. Assist Sales by replenishing and maintaining trade show giveaway supplies. Support the Product Marketing Team in the development of effective marketing communications and campaigns, and support the successful execution of assigned marketing plans to meet business and product goals and objectives. Develop, coordinate and produce a wide variety of marketing communications including sales presentations, trade show and event collateral, customer communications and newsletters, media advertisements, social media messaging, direct mail and email campaigns, and other marketing collateral. Use data list targeting to identify appropriate audiences for particular communications. Work with internal subject matter experts to obtain accurate information and present consistent messaging in marketing materials. Work with stakeholders and product teams to develop and/or edit product and customer documentation. Write/edit/proofread corporate communications, as needed. Assist with content reviews and approvals when requested. Own corporate and channel partner materials Update presentations and templates as needed and keep both internal and external-facing resource libraries up-to-date with the most recent versions Assist the Digital Marketing team with database management, which may include Utilizing external databases to aggregate prospect and customer insights Validating contact data to align with CPI's targets and maintain accuracy Supporting good CRM practices and assisting with clean-up efforts Coordinate webinars, internal and external events including pre-event (scheduling, speaker engagement, finalizing presentation, and socializing of the event) and post-event follow up (uploading presentation files, reporting on event results, retrieve leads from events and/or attendees) Serve as the primary point of contact to coordinate and distribute content and supplies to Sales teams as needed, including marketing collateral, sample binders, sales binders, trade show giveaways. Order business cards as needed. Coordinate projects in company provided project management software for non-product (staff and HR) requests, white papers, case studies, and other materials as needed. Facilitate logo, staff photo and bio requests. Interface with and manage external marketing suppliers including invoice processing and budget coordination Support awards submission Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Ability to develop tools in support of marketing and sales activities; Strong copywriting skills Excellent communication skills including oral, written, editing (photo/video/text), and presentations Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels Experience in content creation and materials production Experience in corporate and product communications Experience in event coordination Solid project management skills Accuracy and deep attention to detail; highly organized Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills to attain goals; works collaboratively and effectively as a team member Ability to consistently support company values and maintain brand conformity Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary Requirements: 2-3 years marketing or communications experience required and/or a marketing or communications degree Bachelor's Degree and/or 2+ years in fast-paced marketing discipline Proficient in marketing planning, budgeting and project management Brand development and positioning experience Proficiency with a variety of software applications, including MS Office particularly Word, Excel and Power Point Experience in a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts incorporating conventional and online media B2B trade show, digital and social advertising and direct response marketing preferred B2B marketing and/or demand generation experience preferred
