The Sales & Marketing Coordinator assists in all aspects of maintaining Membership accounts, assists General Manager in all communications, calls and processes, employee onboarding and assists Sales and Marketing with new Member onboarding, all Member maintenance, Member events and with the Membership Initiation process. This position reports directly to the General Manager and Directors of Membership Sales.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications with a heavy emphasis on EXCELWindows data based software experience highly preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skillsAnalytical, detail oriented, and self-motivatedAbility to be a team player and to be customer service orientedESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize Windows data based point of sale software daily to process and maintain all Membership informationProcess member accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and proceduresFacilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clientsWork with other departments on special projectsCreate email campaignsRespond to member’s inquiries and concernsManage social media leadsAssist Sales & Marketing in creating and writing communication to members and prospective membersNew Team Member Onboarding, Team Member Relations Projects, employee communications and management of various internal systemsAssist General Manager with all administrative tasks, calendar and communicationsPHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS
Must be able to work in a team environmentMust be able to multitask and follow up on issues as necessaryWill spend time working on the computer in fulfilling job requirementsMust be comfortable engaging with members and their guestsAbility to work days, evenings and weekendsThis is an in-office position located in Irving, TXBENEFITS
