PubMatic is hiring an experienced User Experience Designer to join our growing team in New York City.As a User Experience Designer, you help define and drive the future of PubMatic design. You will work with product managers and other stakeholders to identify and set product strategy, design simple solutions for complex UX ecosystems, and inspire team members to push the boundaries of what's possible. Your work will have a direct impact on the customer experience of publishers, advertisers, and brand-owners alike.ExperienceAt least 3 years of experience in UX/UI DesignPortfolio of UX-focused work samples for complex web applicationsExperience implementing visual design systems across platforms in design tools such as Figma or SketchAbility and willingness to work with stakeholders in different time zones (EST, PST, IST)Preferred Qualifications:UX Basics + Process:Collaborate with product managers, technical leads, customers, and other stakeholders to introduce, iterate, and clarify requirements and converting requirements into easy user flowsExperience creating user stories, personas, and storyboardsDetermine information architecture and create sitemapsCreate prototypes and wireframesAbility to present and validate design concepts with internal and external business stakeholdersExcellent communication, presentation and analytical skillsKnowledge of industry tools such as Figma, Usertesting, EnjoyHQ, SupernovaWork Ethic:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environmentValues teamwork, and can give and solicit feedback from other teammates in order to continually raise the bar for qualitySelf-motivated, a good communicator, and able to balance great design with meeting short deadlinesStrong organization skills and attention to detailAsk smart questions, take risks and champion new ideasBonus Points:B2B and AdTech experienceTrained in visual designFamiliarity using Pendo, Google analytics or similar behavioral analytics platformsFamiliarity with design systemsCompensation Information:
Salary ranges from $110,000 to $120,000 base salary plus annual bonus, stock and benefits.In accordance with New York law, the above salary range provided is PubMatic's reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
