Mainstay Medical is a medical device company focused on marketing an innovative implantable neurostimulation system, ReActiv8®, for people with disabling chronic mechanical Low Back Pain. The company is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, with subsidiaries operating in Ireland, the United States, Australia, and Germany.

The Role:

This position works with a small team of marketing professionals to execute commercial marketing strategies for a breakthrough medical therapy in Global Commercial (U.S.A, Australia, United Kingdom, and Europe) businesses through the appropriate channels to maximize awareness, education, and market share. This includes coordination of both internal and external projects supporting upstream, downstream, education, and clinical marketing, including process work with external vendors and stakeholders. The successful candidate should be interested in developing project and product management skills in the marketing operations vertical. The Marketing Associate will be a generalist willing to assist with a myriad of projects and assignments as they come up.

Position Responsibilities:

Day-To-Day Job Functions:Assist with the execution of messaging, collateral, communication, and education materials for all audiences.Assist with updating of core sales support materials including collateral and pitch book templates, brochures, and marketing collateral.Facilitate creation of marketing materials from start to finish, facilitating collaboration with stakeholders and following correct internal processes.Participate in collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute commercial marketing needs across the organization.Own the organization of department working files and drafts on SharePoint.Assist with the execution of the Global Commercial marketing strategy for ReActiv8.Participate in collaboration with business and channel marketing partners to refine our value proposition and messaging platform to effectively influence prospects to drive consideration.Demonstrate capability to work on multiple types of projects at any one time. Assist with content and materials for market/segments with different target audiences and drivers.Strictly adhere to workflow management and quality control methods required to produce quality work products.Core Competencies:

Coordinate and/or assist with projects in progress with vendors and external stakeholders, including patient program, co-marketing efforts with physicians and events, SEO, email marketing, digital marketing, video production, social media content capture, etc.Basic graphic design a plus, particularly willingness to learn layout, and basic copy-editing/ proofreading.Field requests for support and collateral from the field sales team.Assist with Budgeting, Purchase orders, etc.Manage video library including migration of assets from YouTube and Vimeo.Management of department resources and working files on SharePoint.Willingness to develop strong organizational and project management skills, particularly within HubSpot, Ziflow and our internal quality assurance software.Assist with development of marketing department processes, including creation of process docs and SOP’s.Support society events such as conferences, including potential travel.Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office Suite, willingness to learn basic proficiency in InDesign (updating text, simple layout adjustment).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, or communications, preferred.1-3 years of professional experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Project Coordinator.Polished and professional with outstanding communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.Experience or interest in MedTech a plus.

The hourly range for this position is $30.00 to $35.00/hour however, the pay offered will consider various factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
