The goal is to grow and optimize these channels utilizing data driven decisions. As the newest voice for these marketing channels, you’ll be owning strategic initiatives and partnerships. This role involves expertly analyzing data, projecting outcomes, justifying decisions, and presenting performance metrics to executive teams.Key Focuses:Driving traffic acquisition and managing digital marketing campaigns across various publisher platforms similar to SEM, Facebook, and display/RTB, with a focus on job advertising.Implementing robust measurement and attribution systems to track and optimize performance against key performance indicators.Analyzing raw data to extract actionable insights, leveraging advanced SQL skills for in-depth analysis.Transforming analytical findings into compelling executive narratives and reports.Taking full ownership of marketing projects, striving to become the go-to expert in supported marketing channels.Minimum Qualifications:7+ years experience in relevant media buying/ad-tech/publisher network management4+ years of experience creating queries and analysis with data tools like MySQL, Postgres, Databricks, etc.Deep knowledge of data structures and attribution modelsPreferred Qualifications:6+ years of experience creating queries and analysis with data tools like MySQL, Postgres, Databricks, etc.BS/MS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, related technical field or equivalent practical experienceAbility to be self sufficient in analytical endeavorsAs part of our team you’ll enjoy:Exceptional benefits packageFlexible Vacation & Paid Time OffEmployer-matched 401(k) planThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,500-$142,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
