Responsibilities:Stakeholder with all Value brand leads and product teams to develop and create new services and products to increase ARPA across all brands.Design and implement brand-specific strategies to step up our customers' plans by working closely with the base management team to determine loyalty strategy and recommendations based on customer risk profile.Develop a program to upsell the base with value propositions for new products, Value Added Services, and Insurance to retain and generate incremental revenue.Design & develop Home Pricing plans, connected devices and products pricing, packaging strategy, and upsell strategy.Develop end-to-end value proposition campaigns for the base including strategic direction, ideation, briefing, communications strategies, creative execution, cross-functional implementation, and campaign analysis against timelines.Partner with Finance, Revenue Assurance, Credit, and legal departments to ensure business cases and campaign requirements are aligned and approved.Guide and influence all Prepaid Brand-specific CX/UX and user journeys for existing customers.Design, execute, and leverage consumer market research and competitive analysis, as well as industry benchmarking to inform program design.Base campaign design and briefing for VAS, Insurance, smartwatch & connected devices, and Home Internet.Development of program performance expectations, financial business case, and project approvals.Own marketing briefing for agency creative development for Base campaigns, store merchandising, and digital/social media presence targeting the base.Manage the Go to Market process including all internal communications and training requirements.Translate functional value proposition plans into operational processes and guide execution.Develop resolutions that require the frequent use of creativity to guide internal teams on execution.

What we're looking for...Bachelor's degree or four or more years of experience.Six or more years of relevant work experience.Experience with cross-functional communications and stakeholder engagement.Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Even better if you have:MBA highly preferred.5-7+ years of relevant experience.Understanding of Verizon internal systems.Strong project management skills; multitasking is vital to success.Proficiency in MS Office.Experience managing and influencing client relationships at the senior executive level.Impeccable managerial skills and excellent communication skills.Ability to present findings and insights targeted to what the audience cares about (up to the executive level).Ability to influence without direct authority.

Where you'll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum of eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
