In this role, you will focus on building and executing marketing strategies for key solutions, such as Customer Experience Operations and other solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow our solutions business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, experience with CRM integrations and cloud technologies, and a proven track record in driving successful marketing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop clear and compelling positioning and messaging for key solutions that resonate with target audiences, including customers, partners, and industry analysts.

Create and implement marketing plans to drive more adoption of key solutions.

Produce compelling marketing materials, including solution briefs, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, videos, and blog posts.

Develop and deliver sales enablement tools and training materials to support the sales team in effectively selling solutions.

Collaborate with product management, sales, and other stakeholders to define the go-to-market strategy and ensure alignment with product roadmaps.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in product, solutions or partner marketing for a SaaS-based or software businesses.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful GTM strategies with a solutions-first, customer-focused orientation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills targeting an executive audience.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skill, working across multiple projects simultaneously.

Understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred, but not required).

This role is expected to come into our

San Francisco office 1 day per week , so you can thrive in your new role and fully embrace being a Dutonian!

The base salary range for this position is 120,000 - 187,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
