How Will You Contribute to the Company?Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is actively seeking an inspiring Senior Product Marketing Manager to support our high growth mobile and IoT businesses. This role will help drive integrated marketing plans, thought leadership initiatives, and enablement content to drive awareness that help the company exceed current and future growth targets.
What Will You Do?Create and execute marketing launch plans that are socialized across our executive team, product management, and our corporate marketing functions.Synthesize information to formulate the messaging, value proposition, and key differentiation for products and solutions for our mobile and IoT businesses.Analyze the overarching Wireless WAN and security markets in terms of market size, market share and competitive environment.Act as the primary evangelist for Company mobile and IoT businesses including supporting speaking engagements, press and analyst briefings, webinars, social, blogs and tradeshows.Support our sales and partner enablement teams by delivering compelling, clear, and concise training material and relevant sales tools.Work with product management to research and evaluate our mobile and IoT solutions offerings against market requirements and key competitors.Help the content, web, social, and demand marketing teams to create compelling content to drive demand for mobile and IoT solutions, including case studies, videos, website copy, white papers, surveys, blog posts, etc.Assist with lifecycle management functions of the various products / solutions across our mobile and IoT businesses.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Minimum of ten (10) years of technology marketing experience with at least five (5) years in a product marketing roleKeen understanding of WAN networking technologiesExcellent presentation skills including the ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations to executives, partners, and customersExcellent writing skills for producing blogs, white papers, sales guides, and message boardsProven project management skills with the ability to manage Tier 1 product launchesAbility to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced work environmentRelevant bachelor’s degree
Preferred QualificationsMaster's degreeExperience with the following technologies would be desired: LTE/5G, satellite, cloud management, SD-WAN, and securityPrevious experience in mobile or IoT segments

Compensation & Benefits At Ericsson Enterprise Wireless SolutionsAt Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions, we know that our people are the key to our success. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to help with your individual needs and goals.
Your PayThe salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
$108,850.00 - $202,150.00
Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by our Senior Leadership team. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
