The Marketing Coordinator is responsible planning and executing assigned projects within the marketing team. Excellent verbal/written communication skills, organizational skills, copywriting skills and the ability to perform numerous tasks at once. Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign, and Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Initiative, creativity and the ability to work on assigned projects with minimum supervision.

SUMMARY OF SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, produce and proof marketing collateral and other support materialsReview, distribute and follow-up with all digital leads to ensure sales opportunities are maximizedSupport coordination and organization of digital asset libraryCoordinate with third party vendors including signage companies, printers and promotionsOversee company’s StoreFront for company literature and branded itemsAssist in new product introductions including developing product and series namesAssist in general web updates and product changes through company’s Content Management Systems (Drupal and Umbraco)Assist in managing product lines from strategic planning to tactical activities.Prepare & coordinate project entries for submission in various award programs.Drive projects and solutions across numerous development teams including plant, sales and senior managementAssist in developing presentations for internal/external audiences, ensuring accuracy and consistency across presentationsProcess invoices and credit card transactions for marketing team and monitor marketing budgetRequired Skills/Abilities

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalentTwo years+ previous experienceExperience with Sales ForceGraphic Design -- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)Video editing skills a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience in Drupal or other content management systemsExperience working in Salesforce or other CRM platforms

Knowledge of building product materials and construction industry a plus
