Our client is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join their team!This freelance-to-full-time opportunity begins at 20 hours per week, increasing to 30 hours after two weeks, and 40 hours after another two weeks.**The role starts fully remote and will transition to a hybrid work model in the Dallas region in 2025****Experience in the B2B space is required**In this role, you will be tasked with developing and executing innovative messaging strategies that enhance brand recognition.Responsibilities for the Marketing/Communications Specialist include but are not limited to:- Creating compelling content for web and social media platforms to engage target audiences- Managing and optimizing the company's social media presence- Collaborating with the design team to produce high-quality marketing materials- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, track performance, and assess ROI. - Executing internal communication strategies to ensure effective information flow within the organizationThe ideal Marketing/Communications Specialist will have:- Experience creating B2B content across various platforms, including social media- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and social media marketing expertise- Excellent verbal, public speaking, and collaboration skills- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field is preferred
